Meet the Team
FullyCoded is a small, focused studio. The team you meet at the start of a project is the team that builds it, supports it and is still there when you need to make changes a year later. No handoffs to junior staff, no rotating account managers, no one who only knows your project from a brief. Below are the people who handle the work.
Mark
Founder and Senior Developer
Mark started FullyCoded in 2007 and still leads the technical direction on every engagement. With more than two decades of hands-on development experience across web, applications and infrastructure, he is the person clients deal with on scope, architecture and the difficult questions about what to build and what to leave alone. His focus areas are bespoke application development, AWS infrastructure and the kinds of awkward technical problems that come up when systems need to grow with the business.
Rachel
Office Manager
Rachel keeps the studio running. If you have asked us a question, sent an invoice, booked a meeting or had paperwork to chase, Rachel is the reason it got done. She is the first point of contact for most non-technical client queries and the person who makes sure projects, people and accounts stay on top of each other.
Ethan
Senior Application Developer
Ethan specialises in bespoke application development and AWS deployments. He leads on the architecture and infrastructure side of larger builds: scalable cloud setups, secure hosting, applications that need to perform under real load, and the integrations that hold complex systems together. If your project involves AWS, API development or anything that needs to scale beyond a single server, Ethan is the person you will be working with.
When Ethan is not at work he can be found sampling craft beers and restoring classic cars.
Jamie
Web Developer
Jamie specialises in WordPress and Shopify development. He builds new sites, takes over inherited ones, and handles the day-to-day work that keeps client sites fast, secure and easy to manage. Theme work, plugin configuration, e-commerce setup, content migrations and the long tail of small, important changes that keep a site working properly all come through Jamie.
When Jamie is not at work he can be found walking his dog Fido around the Lake District.
Our Wider Network
Alongside the core team, we work with trusted specialists in graphic design, UX research, SEO strategy, copywriting and branding. These are people we have worked with before and whose output meets the standard our clients expect. They are brought in when a project needs them, not kept on the payroll between jobs.
