Mark Grice, our founder, is a trained penetration tester with more than 20 years leading technology, including software used by police forces in the UK and US. That is the level of scrutiny your prototype gets before it goes live.
How we work
Discovery first. We spend time understanding the problem, the people using the software and the commercial constraints before anything is scoped. Then a thorough specification, clean architecture and an honest assessment of what the project actually needs rather than what sounds impressive in a proposal.
You work directly with Mark and the people doing the building. No account managers in between, no hand-offs to a support desk after launch.
Products we run ourselves
Alongside client work we build and operate our own products: TLDTrack, SkillDrill, ShiftDeck, PlateFolio and SantaBooker. Running live software, with real users and real revenue, changes how you build for someone else. It is why our estimates are grounded and our architecture holds up.
