A 30 minute call and a first look at your code. You get an honest view of where it stands and whether it is worth going further. No obligation.

2. Fixed-price discovery sprint

A proper review of your code, security, architecture and hosting. You get a scorecard showing what is solid and what is at risk, and a production roadmap in priority order. The price is fixed before we start.

3. Harden or rebuild

If you want us to do the work, we do it. The discovery sprint fee comes off the cost of the build. If you would rather use your own developers, the roadmap is yours to keep.

Mark Grice, our founder, is a trained penetration tester who spent 13 years as CTO of secure case management software used by police forces in the UK and US. Your prototype gets reviewed by someone who has spent a career thinking about how software gets attacked.
