Our Commitment

We want everyone who visits this website to be able to access and use it effectively, regardless of device, browser, network speed or ability. We are working to achieve conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. An automated accessibility scan carried out in May 2026 returned a compliance score of 92%. The following known issues were identified.

Known violations

  • Links without discernible text: two instances where links do not have visible or screen-reader-accessible text, making it unclear where the link leads for users of assistive technology.
  • Page content not contained by landmarks: twenty-five instances where page content falls outside HTML landmark regions, which can make navigation difficult for screen reader users.
  • Heading order not semantically correct: three instances where heading levels are not used in the correct hierarchical order, which can disrupt navigation for screen reader users.

Best practice issues

The scan also identified ten best practice recommendations, including table header labelling, iframe accessibility, landmark structure and ARIA attribute usage. These do not constitute WCAG violations but we are working to address them alongside the known violations.

What We Are Doing to Improve

  • We are actively working through the identified violations and aim to resolve all three within the next development cycle.
  • We carry out accessibility reviews when making significant changes to the website.
  • New content and design work is reviewed against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria before publication.
  • We will rescan the site following remediation and update this statement accordingly.
