This acceptable use policy applies to all clients using hosting, infrastructure or managed services provided by Fully Coded Solutions Limited, trading as FullyCoded. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

This policy exists to protect the integrity and performance of our infrastructure, to protect other clients sharing that infrastructure, and to ensure our services are not used for unlawful or harmful purposes.

1. Permitted Use

You may use our hosting and infrastructure services to host lawful content and web applications in connection with a legitimate business purpose. Use must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including UK law and, where relevant, the laws of the jurisdiction in which your end users are located.

2. Prohibited Use

Illegal content and activity

  • Hosting, distributing or linking to content that is illegal under UK law.
  • Any activity that facilitates fraud, identity theft, phishing or other criminal activity.
  • Hosting content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Any activity that violates data protection or privacy law.

Harmful or abusive content

  • Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening or abusive.
  • Content that promotes discrimination on the basis of age, disability, gender, race, religion, sex or sexual orientation.
  • Any content that exploits or harms minors.

Infrastructure abuse

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating a mail relay.
  • Running port scans, vulnerability scans or network probing tools directed at third parties without authorisation.
  • Hosting or distributing malware, spyware, ransomware or other malicious code.
  • Activities that consume disproportionate infrastructure resources in a way that affects other clients.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system, network or account.
  • Operating cryptocurrency mining operations on our infrastructure.

3. Consequences of Breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately and without notice where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached. We may also report activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Suspension or termination for breach of this policy does not affect any payment obligations under your service agreement.

4. Reporting a Breach

If you become aware of content or activity on our infrastructure that you believe violates this policy, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify hosting clients of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
