We are FullyCoded, the trading name of Fully Coded Solutions Limited, a web and application development studio based in Ponsanooth, Cornwall. We’ve been delivering software for clients across the UK and beyond for the better part of two decades, and our founder Mark Grice brings roughly twenty-five years of personal development experience to the work.

The Story so far

2009    Mark Grice founds his first agency

Mark Grice founded his own development agency, focused on producing technical development services for design agencies. Over the years that followed, the business worked with some of the largest agencies in the South West, building the websites and applications behind the work their creative teams designed.

2013    Digital Web Media is formed

A natural next step brought Mark together with the first company he had worked at as a graduate. The two businesses merged to form Digital Web Media Limited, combining technical depth with established client relationships and broader commercial reach.

2013 to 2025    Growth and global reach

Over the years that followed, we grew steadily, supporting clients around the world and across every size of organisation. Our service range broadened from websites and applications into hosting, infrastructure, cyber security, consultancy, and training. The work changed shape but the focus stayed the same. Build the right thing, properly, for the people who will rely on it.

2026    Digital Web Media becomes FullyCoded

We renamed the company to FullyCoded, a name that better reflects the work we do today and the direction we are heading. Behind the scenes, we’ve spent recent years building a portfolio of in-house applications including SantaBooker, SantaCall, SantaPost, and TLDTrack. 2026 is the year those products step out into the world, alongside the client work that has always sat at the heart of what we do.

The Team

We are deliberately small. Four people, hand-picked, with the depth of experience usually associated with much larger firms. We’ve shipped software at every scale, from quick-turnaround websites to long-running enterprise applications, and we bring that breadth to every project.

Being small is a choice rather than a stage. It keeps the work close to the people doing it. Our clients deal directly with experienced engineers, decisions are made quickly, and quality stays in our hands rather than being handed down a chain. We’re efficient, skilled, and genuinely invested in the outcome.

Our Approach

We work at the premium end of the market. Every engagement draws on the years of experience we’ve gathered across hundreds of projects, and the work reflects that. We build software to last, give advice honestly, and recommend what actually suits the client rather than what is easiest to sell.

We run our own UK-based, eco-friendly server infrastructure and work in clean, plain English throughout. Whether the project is a single website, a complex bespoke application, an AI integration, or a long-running technical partnership, the same principles apply.
