Some clients want their website handled. Not partially supported, not advised on, not configured for them to manage themselves. Handled. They have a business to run, and a website that needs to keep performing while they run it.

FullyCoded Concierge is built for that audience. Founders without the time, or the inclination, to log into WordPress. Charities without internal technical staff. Professional services firms whose websites generate enquiries that matter, but whose teams have no business spending afternoons troubleshooting plugins. Clients who would rather pay properly for a service that works than build internal expertise they do not need.

Everything the site needs, every month

The list of inclusions matters, but the proposition is simpler than the list. Every client's site is hosted on dedicated infrastructure, monitored continuously, looked after every month, and supported personally. The detail follows.

Dedicated cloud infrastructure

Each concierge client's site runs on its own bespoke cloud server, isolated from every other client. The server is provisioned and tuned specifically for the site's traffic profile and stack, rather than sharing resources with hundreds of unrelated sites. The infrastructure is hosted on FullyCoded's UK-based, eco-friendly server platform.

Cloudflare protection

Every site sits behind Cloudflare's managed Web Application Firewall, with continuous DDoS mitigation, bot protection, and global CDN delivery. Security rules are continuously updated by Cloudflare's threat intelligence team, so the protection a site has today is the protection it has tomorrow.

Production and staging environments

Every site comes with a matching staging environment. Content changes, plugin updates, and structural changes can be tested and previewed before they go live, removing the most common source of website surprises.

Four hours of work every month

Up to four hours of content changes, minor development work, and reactive fixes every month. No rollover, but a clear monthly summary of where the time has been spent, so the value is always visible. Where a security incident or accidental damage falls within the four hours, FullyCoded handles it without question. Where it does not, FullyCoded triages the incident first and provides a clear quote before further work proceeds.

Quarterly strategic review

Once a quarter, FullyCoded reviews the site properly with the client. Performance trends, security posture, content gaps, recommendations for the quarter ahead. The review is separate from the monthly hours, because a strategic conversation is not a maintenance task.

Support, on the channels that suit the situation

During business hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, support runs through a direct phone line. Outside those hours, a dedicated WhatsApp number handles confirmed downtime, evenings until 10pm on weekdays and 9am to 6pm at weekends. Anything else queues for the next working day. Confirmed downtime is acknowledged within thirty minutes regardless of cause, and FullyCoded investigates, communicates, and liaises with third parties where the issue lies outside its control.

Continuous monitoring and weekly security scans

Uptime monitoring runs every minute. Security scans run weekly. Anything that needs attention gets attended to, generally before the client knows there is anything to attend to.

A co-branded concierge dashboard

Every concierge client has access to a dedicated dashboard, powered by FullyCoded's own monitoring product TLDTrack, showing real-time uptime, security scan results, hours used in the current month, and a full record of work completed on the site. The end-of-month summary email links straight to it.

Every concierge engagement begins with a full technical onboarding. The site's codebase, hosting environment, security posture, and performance baseline are reviewed properly before FullyCoded takes it on. This protects both parties and gives the foundation to look after the site properly from day one.

Enquiry and introductory call

Concierge clients are taken on by introduction rather than direct signup. The first conversation is free, exploratory, and runs around thirty minutes. Both parties leave it with a clear sense of fit.

Technical onboarding review

Once both parties want to proceed, FullyCoded carries out a full technical review of the site. The review covers codebase, hosting, security, plugins, and performance, and produces a clear picture of what the site needs and what FullyCoded recommends.

Migration and provisioning

A bespoke cloud server is provisioned, Cloudflare is configured, the site is migrated with full testing, backups and monitoring are set up, and the staging environment is built. The client signs off before going live.

Ongoing service

From day one, the site is fully looked after. The dashboard goes live, the monthly summary email begins, and the first quarterly strategic review is scheduled for three months in.

Limited to ten clients at any time

FullyCoded Concierge is a deliberately small service. It is capped at ten clients at any time, and there are no plans to grow beyond that.

The cap is not marketing. It is the honest ceiling for a service that includes personal support, real out-of-hours response, and quarterly strategic conversations delivered by Mark Grice directly. Beyond ten clients, something has to give: response time, attention, or the relationship itself. None of those are acceptable trade-offs for a service positioned this way.

When the book is full, FullyCoded keeps a short waiting list. Most prospects on it are matched with trusted partners in the meantime, so a delay on the list does not mean a delay in getting things done.

Honest, sustainable, designed to last

FullyCoded Concierge is priced to be sustainable on both sides. It is not the cheapest option in the market, and it is not intended to be.

Covers cloud server provisioning, Cloudflare configuration, full site migration with testing, staging environment setup, backup and monitoring configuration, and the technical onboarding review.

Additional sites

Multi-site clients welcome.

From £535/mo

Multi-site clients are welcome. Additional sites are quoted from £535 per month, with onboarding from £950 per site. Each additional site comes with its own staging environment and full concierge inclusions.

Deliberately scoped

FullyCoded Concierge looks after the website, the infrastructure, and the everyday relationship. It does not pretend to be a full-stack agency on retainer.

Outside the scope of the monthly service:

  • Email hosting, where clients are referred to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • New feature development beyond minor changes
  • Design work beyond minor tweaks
  • Ongoing SEO services or content writing
  • Dedicated e-commerce operations support
  • Support for the client's own end users
  • Formal compliance or accessibility audits

What FullyCoded will always do is talk these things through. Advice on any of the above is available within the monthly hours, with separate quotes for project work where it is wanted, or a referral to a trusted partner where someone else will do a better job.
