This statement is published by Fully Coded Solutions Limited (company registration number 8649718), trading as FullyCoded, in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps we have taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not present in our business or supply chains.

The Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires organisations with annual turnover of £36 million or more to publish a statement. We are below this threshold and are not legally required to publish one. This statement is published voluntarily, and increasingly expected by larger clients and public sector bodies during supplier onboarding.

Our Organisation

Fully Coded Solutions Limited is a software and web development studio based in Ponsanooth, Cornwall, UK. We are a small business operating a lean team model, with no manufacturing supply chain and a small number of trusted specialist partners and technology suppliers.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains are limited in scope and primarily made up of:

  • Software and cloud infrastructure providers, including AWS, Cloudflare, QuickBooks and Stripe, who are large, publicly accountable organisations with their own published modern slavery statements.
  • Specialist freelance partners in design, UX, SEO and development, all based in the UK.
  • Standard business services including accountancy, legal and telecommunications, all provided by UK-registered businesses.

Given the nature and geography of our supply chain, we consider the risk of modern slavery within it to be low. However, we do not consider any supply chain to be zero risk.

Our Policies

We are committed to acting ethically in all our business relationships. We do not use forced, compulsory or trafficked labour and we do not engage in or support practices that could constitute modern slavery. We expect the same standards from anyone we engage.

Due Diligence

  • We engage only with suppliers and partners who can demonstrate they operate lawfully and ethically.
  • We use established, reputable technology platforms with published modern slavery commitments.
  • We maintain direct working relationships with our specialist partners, giving us a clear view of how they operate.
